Just got back from my follow-up dental checkup.
The dentist filled up another two cavities in the reverse side
of my top incisors.
And there are still TWO more that still needs to be filled up in
the future! 
When I asked the dentist how this could be possible when I
religiously brush my teeth twice a day and rinse my mouth at least
five times a day, he said:
'Two main reasons; crooked teeth, and not visiting your
dentist for regular checkups over the past few years'.
